On March 24, 2020, Orange County Mayor Jerry Demings issued an Emergency Executive Order ordering residents of Orange County, FL to stay at home and closing all non-essential businesses as of Thursday, March 26, 2020 at 11 p.m. We have reviewed the order and it has been determined that legal services are an essential business. Therefore, our Florida office will continue operations as usual. Clients with appointments are authorized to come to the office under the order so any appointments currently scheduled or to be scheduled in the near future are anticipated to remain in place at this time. Nonetheless, if you would prefer, we can schedule virtual appointments. Please call the office to discuss this matter further.

In accordance with the "New York State on Pause" Executive Order, all New York office employees will be working from home. However, our office is still open for business. Again, we have had the technology in place for some time that will allow operations to continue despite the restrictions in place. Therefore, please continue to contact our office as we are still able to assist you at this time.

Our office is closely monitoring the situation regarding COVID-19, also known as coronavirus. At this time, we are open for business as usual; however, like all businesses, we will make changes as necessary to protect the health and safety of our staff and clients.

That said, we want to assure you that we are continually sanitizing all areas of our office and heavy-trafficked areas, such as reception and the conference room, will be cleaned and sanitized after each client interaction.

Furthermore, we understand that the situation is likely to get worse before it gets better. Therefore, we are utilizing the technology we already have in place to allow for continued access to our services without the need to physically be present at the office. This includes the use of video conferencing, telephonic appointments, and remote notary services, as authorized by law.

We thank you for your continued support and look forward to working with you through this crises. As always, if we can be of service, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
